The Skin Culture Peel is an easy 6-day treatment that simply requires the application of a peel cream, followed by a special moisturizer that softens and lifts away the dead skin to reveal a clearer, smoother, fresher complexion beneath.
PHASE 1
Peel Application
Each treatment begins with the daily application of the Peel Cream for 90 minutes. PEEL 4000 has 4 jars and is applied for 4 consecutive days, PEEL 3000 contains 3 jars for 3 days, and PEEL 2000 - 2 jars. You will feel a hot, stinging sensation as the formula begins to work.
PHASE 2
Moisturizing
This phase of the treatment uses a special moisturizer called the Normalizer Cream, which works to soften the dead skin, allowing it to gently peel away from your new skin underneath. Do not pick or pull at the skin; allow it to shed naturally.
Phase 3
Peeling & Shedding
Your skin will visibly peel during this stage. The outer layers of skin will start to peel away. First from around the eyes and mouth, followed by the chin, cheeks, and forehead.

What are the Skin Culture Chemical Peels?
The Skin Culture Peels are at home skin peeling treatments that help rejuvenate the skin surface. They create an even and controlled shedding of several layers of skin cells. This allows new layers to be exposed and creates a fresh appearance to the skin surface. In addition, new cells and collagen are stimulated, creating a more even skin tone.
What happens during the six day treatment process?
During the 6 day application process the unique and safe formula of our Chemical Peel removes the dead skin. On the first day the skin will become slightly tanned. On the second day the skin will feel tight and on the third day the skin will take on a healthy robust look, will be darker in colour and slightly wrinkled. On the 4th, 5th and 6th day peeling starts around the eyes and mouth areas and then the chin, cheeks and forehead. Peeling may continue beyond the 6 days and the complexion will continue to look better as old skin is replaced by new skin that is tighter, smoother and younger looking. Thick or toughened skin may flake rather than peel and a second or stronger peel may be needed.

The active ingredients in the Skin Culture Peel are Resorcinol, Salicylic and Phenol. While some chemical peels may feature just one of these ingredients alone, our unique formulation allows us to combine all three powerful exfoliators into a multi-acid peeling solution suitable for all skin types and skin problems. It has been used by over a million men and women of all ages and skin color with excellent, measurable results since 1937.
In addition, the treatment contains the oils of Thyme, Eucalyptus and Wintergreen, which have long been recognised in natural healing science as effective holistic healing agents for many skin problems.
Are at home skin peels safe to use?
The Skin Culture Peel has been available for over 88 years and has been safely used by over a million women and men with excellent, measurable results. The treatment will not penetrate below the epidermis so does not cause breaking or blistering of the skin. However, as with all skin care treatments, there is the possibility of reacting to an ingredient in the Skin Peel. We always advise that you do a patch test for a full 6 days, before doing a full facial treatment. This will help confirm that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients contained within the product.
